At the moment, Digital Design is looking for an opportunity to apply its accumulated skills and experience for the foreign IT market. The company offers high project management and software development quality level, and ruble rates for its services.
The company has experience working with European customers: the company’s list of clients includes Carlsberg Group, Heineken, Johnson & Johnson, Tetra Pak, Novartis, Knauf, Prince’s Trust. But these are primarily one-off projects, and the contracts were concluded using personal connections (e.g., due to a manager’s relocation from Russia to Europe). Now we’d like to build a more efficient process.
We consider both working with end customers, and outsourcing or outstaffing our skills and employees to work with successful local IT companies.

Requirements for a candidate
- strong understanding of Enterprise Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance methodology;
- preferred relevant working experience in selling enterprise software solutions addressing Risk, Audit, Compliance;
- being self-sufficient and initiative in organizing the process;
- being fluent in English and the language of the agent’s country
- solid network of client contact base within consulting, Internal Audit, Compliance and/or Risk Management industry.
Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be a product expert building and driving sales to accelerate the growth of the business. This requires initiating, implementing, and managing lead-generating initiatives for the company.
- Generating leads* and facilitating product demonstrations
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
* Leads we’re looking for: medium and large enterprises. We provide development services to end customers and offshore software outsourcing services for other IT companies.
